Today we made almond shortbread sandwich cookies. We opted for raspberry “all-fruit” spread for the filling. They’re delicious!

MacBook for sale

I’m offering up my MacBook on eBay. As of right now, there’s about a day left in the bidding. Good luck!It has a 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo, 1GB of RAM and 60GB disk, plus all the usual MacBook goodies: (wi-fi, bluetooth, firewire, iSight camera, Mac OS 10.4 Tiger, CD-RW/DVD, etc.)

There are virtually no scratches on the case, none on the display nor the camera. No dead pixels. It’s been well taken care of. If the auction’s final value is over $800, then I will be including a legal license for Windows XP Home that you can use with VMWare Fusion, Parallels or Boot Camp.

Tekey’s Adventure (she was found)

Tekey was picked up and taken to the Fire Dept last night. While waiting for animal control, she ESCAPED!

The animal control officer found her running down the street. Amazingly, she’s unhurt, and Osceola County Animal Control was nice enough to not charge me any “bail.”
