Hazardous Drivers

I used to get really upset when I saw drivers turning on their hazard lights while driving in (not necessarily) heavy rain. Today I realized it is a way for those drivers to show their incompetence! I’ve learned to stay clear of them. Unfortunately, they aren’t worried enough to actually move out of the leftmost lanes.
